Who you pay, and what appears on your statement
Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Your receipt comes from Paddle and your statement will show PADDLE.NET* PLAYBIX rather than Playbix — that is expected, not a fraudulent charge.
Paddle charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due where you live, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Card details never reach Playbix.
14-day refund, no questions asked
Changed your mind within 14 days? Email billing@playbix.store and we refund in full. If we decline your application for reasons unrelated to your conduct, you are refunded automatically without asking. Full detail in the refund policy.
Common questions
Do you take a cut of my app's revenue?
No. We take nothing from in-app purchases, ads or anything else your app earns. We do not sit between you and your users' money at all.
Is the fee per app or per account?
Per account, once. Publish as many apps and updates as you like.
Will I be charged again next year?
No. There is no subscription and nothing that renews.
What if my app is rejected?
Your account stays active and you can fix and resubmit at no extra cost. A rejected app does not mean a refund, because the fee paid for the review — but a rejected account is refunded.
Do users ever pay Playbix?
No. Installing apps is free and there is no paid tier for users.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Paddle handles conversion and shows the total in your local currency where it can, including any tax due.
